Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning, or sunburn on the face for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. If the skin is burned, irritated, or peeling, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Gently exfoliate the brow area a few days before your appointment to remove dry skin buildup, but avoid harsh scrubbing. Stop using retinol, vitamin A, or strong resurfacing products around the brow area for about 4 weeks before your appointment.
Diet and Medication
For 24 hours before your appointment, avoid alcohol and limit caffeine. A small coffee a few hours before your appointment is usually fine if needed.
If possible, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning supplements or medications unless prescribed by your doctor.
Avoid Beauty Treatments
Avoid waxing, tweezing, tinting, or laminating the brows for about 1 week before your appointment.

After-care
